Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management for individual real estate projects (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, resource needs, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, schedules/milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify delivery resources, run request for proposals, complete bid analysis, lead evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and documentation governance to ensure timely, accurate project data and coordinate project meetings.
  • •Supervise progress against approved goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; implement change management and risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Knowledge of industry trends, project management, and construction procedures and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete administrative tasks.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects/programs, meeting close deadlines, and working non-traditional hours when needed.
