Job Summary

Own and support owned and paid social media performance to strengthen Dyson’s Direct-to-Consumer strategy. Help execute paid social campaigns across relevant platforms, coordinate delivery with internal teams and external partners, and localize campaigns for the DACH market. Monitor live activity and social trends, produce daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting, and contribute to continuous improvements in workflows and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Support asset and content management for paid social media activities as the first point of contact
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports against agreed KPIs with learnings and recommendations
•Support planning, coordination, and execution of paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms
•Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery, including briefings and status updates
•Localize and monitor global social campaigns for the DACH market and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and workflows

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of relevant experience with social media or online marketing
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Management (preferred)
•Strong understanding of social media landscape, trends, and social media/online marketing
•Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation (mainly IG and TikTok)
•Fluency in English and German; familiarity with social publishing and social listening tools
