Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist project managers with financial management tasks including monitoring cash flow, supporting collections, issuing purchase orders, processing billings, and supporting forecasting and backlog review.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by supporting initiatives, building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and enabling timely updates.
  • •Support subcontractor management by qualifying subcontractors, ensuring subcontract agreements are executed, coaching subcontractors on portal usage, and serving as a backup point of contact.
  • •Support project administration by ensuring adherence to business standard processes, analyzing reporting for deficiencies, and guiding corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with business compliance needs, project documentation, safety guidelines and trainings, and governing agency requirements.
