Job Summary

Operate redissolve tanks and related material/production equipment for Hydroxide Line 1. Prepare redissolve batches per SOP, manage circuit materials, perform sampling and drum repackaging, and support packaging operations. Conduct daily safety inspections, maintain housekeeping in the Salts area, keep training up to date, and ensure effective shift turnover. Use instruments and computers to collect and interpret information for operational decisions.

•Operate redissolve tanks and associated material and production equipment while meeting SOP requirements.
•Make up redissolve batches per SOP and production requirements.
•Perform sampling, dump scale drums at the filter press, repackage small bags into drums, and move materials for Hydroxide and packaging as required.
•Maintain housekeeping throughout the Salts area and perform daily safety inspections aligned with facilities and regulatory requirements.
•Ensure effective shift turnover, keep personal training up to date, and use instruments/computers to collect and interpret information for operational decisions.

Key Requirements

•Technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, or related field (strongly preferred).
•2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
•Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems using logic and appropriate methods.
•Ability to operate area equipment and service, repair, adjust, and test mechanical equipment.

Experience:2+ yearsManufacturing
