Connected Care Pathway Coordinator - Bank

Coordinate the day-to-day running of UK Insurance specialist centres at Cromwell Hospital, ensuring high-quality patient service and adherence to service level agreements. Support quarterly KPI submissions by sourcing and preparing data with MI, Clinical, and Development teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, communicate next steps with patients, maintain clinic and triage records, and help improve processes to enhance the patient experience.
