Key Responsibilities

•Support the planning and execution of internal events and factory-related activities within Crafting & Supply.
•Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to deliver events on time and within budget.
•Facilitate factory tours for internal and external guests.
•Represent Pandora Crafting & Supply in international showcases across the clusters.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop detailed event briefs and handle procurement-related tasks (TOR, PR, PO).

Key Requirements

•Ability to support planning and execution of events within Crafting & Supply, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
•Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and budgets to deliver events on time and within budget.
•Experience facilitating tours for internal and external guests at factory sites.
•Strong representation skills to showcase Pandora Crafting & Supply at international showcases across clusters.
•Proven ability to develop detailed event briefs and manage procurement-related tasks including TOR, PR, and PO processes.
