Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of marquee accounts and build executive-level 1:1 relationships that expand committed business.
  • •Drive new design wins and adoption of embedded portfolio use cases, converting evaluations into multi-year, multi-thousand-unit volume.
  • •Run the long-life board program end-to-end, including long-life support agreements, last-time-buy planning, reserved-inventory commitments, EOL transitions, and lifecycle pricing.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to build commercial terms, including custom ASPs, volume price reductions, and extended supply agreements to protect margin.
  • •Set priorities for the engineering roadmap based on customer feedback and competitive benchmarking, and lead high-impact cross-functional collaborations to drive NPI.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Over 12 years of experience leading advanced hardware and software platforms, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships and grow revenue.
  • •MBA (or equivalent experience) blending technical depth with strong business insight, including structuring pricing, discounts, and multi-year supply commitments.
  • •Experience with product lifecycle management, including EOL, last-time-buys, long-life supply planning, and inventory/BOM management.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, plus readiness to travel (minimum 25%).
