  • •Own the full European sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through to contract negotiation and close for defence and government customers across the UK, Germany, France, and allied nations
  • •Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with European defence primes, system integrators, and in-country resellers
  • •Build direct relationships with key decision-makers inside European defence ministries, procurement agencies, and allied military commands
  • •Lead the development of tailored proposals, capability briefings, and RFP responses that speak the language of European defence customers
  • •Navigate the regulatory and compliance landscape of European defence sales, including export control requirements, offset obligations, and country-specific procurement rules
