Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline for Middle Market Field Sales.
  • •Foster a positive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, recognition, and career development.
  • •Execute the prospecting strategy by setting expectations, monitoring activity and pipeline metrics, and providing ongoing coaching.
  • •Partner with Middle Market Field Sales leaders to align prospecting efforts, territory priorities, and customer engagement strategies.
  • •Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop BDRs, including creating individualized development plans for future Account Executive and leadership opportunities.
