Key Responsibilities

•Ensure successful on-time, in-full delivery of MJN projects within ASEAN.
•Manage risk, time, budget, and resourcing, escalating issues for resolution promptly and effectively.
•Own and develop the end-to-end project timeline (critical path, dependencies, milestones) and track the end-to-end budget including changes and reconciliation.
•Prepare project stage-gate approvals and flags and drive data-driven decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Maintain accurate project data inputs (risks/status/resourcing/budget) and champion data governance to provide a single source of truth across projects and programs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a project manager leading multiple initiatives from idea to launch, with program/portfolio management experience preferred.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in engineering, science, business, or finance; MBA is a plus.
•Excellent understanding of multiple disciplines including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
•Consumer healthcare expertise is highly desirable; PMP certification is a plus.
•Proven leadership in building business cases and managing stakeholders in matrix teams, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and create clarity for decisions.
