Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for prioritization decisions.
  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and recurring analyses for business stakeholders.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, clarify business questions, and translate data into practical recommendations.
  • •Organize data inputs and support prioritization processes by evaluating tradeoffs and helping leadership make informed decisions.
  • •Improve data quality and use approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive reporting/data prep tasks, and validate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, and applicability before sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • •Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • •Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or operational analytics.
  • •Business-facing data storytelling.
  • •Prompt writing and AI-assisted analytics for business productivity and insight generation.
