Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for infrastructure security and security guardrails across teams.
  • •Design and build shift-left security capabilities to detect risks in source code, Infrastructure as Code, container workloads, and deployment configurations.
  • •Architect scalable policy-as-code and security enforcement frameworks with consistent controls across gates and environments.
  • •Lead Kubernetes admission control and workload security capabilities, defining strategies for reliability, scalability, performance, observability, and operational readiness.
  • •Own end-to-end technical outcomes from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations; continually improve coverage and developer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of software/system and security engineering experience delivering large-scale production systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related technical field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong programming experience in Go, Java, or Python to design, implement, debug, and review production-quality systems.
  • •Deep cloud security knowledge with experience using AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus hands-on Kubernetes/container expertise.
  • •Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps security gates, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
