Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize each client’s use of the line of credit in a $50,000 to $2.5M portfolio as floor plan subject matter expert.
  • •Drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth, and risk mitigation by engaging with clients in person or virtually.
  • •Educate and coach clients on performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices to ensure compliance with policies.
  • •Collect and analyze client financial information and internal reports/dashboards to monitor performance, identify financial distress, and drive growth and manage risk.
  • •Collaborate with Risk and Recovery for pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collections; perform physical inspections of inventory and complete Salesforce documentation of client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client-facing roles, customer service, B2B, account management, and/or collections (or equivalent experience).
  • •Automotive and/or floorplan industry background preferred.
  • •Financial knowledge and acumen, including reading and analyzing financials such as profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns, and bank statements.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
