Small Works Manager

Lead the day-to-day delivery of low-value, high-turnover works on site (Larkhill, Wiltshire). Responsible for procurement, briefs, tender docs, and managing contracts and performance across multiple programmes while ensuring health and safety, cost control, and quality. You’ll supervise contractors, build stakeholder relationships (DIO, service families), and drive value while maintaining adherence to contractual obligations.
