•Support day-to-day client communications, build relationships, and contribute to client meetings while delivering high-quality work.
•Develop and execute integrated corporate digital and social media programs for organic and paid efforts across executive and corporate channels.
•Lead social listening and monitoring using Brandwatch (or similar tools) and manage ongoing listening work and Reddit engagement initiatives.
•Draft and edit content for owned and social channels, including executive thought leadership and corporate social media.
•Conduct social audits and competitive analyses, synthesize insights into recommendations, manage timelines and deliverables, and provide guidance to junior team members and interns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 105,000

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or public affairs (agency experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of corporate reputation and how social media influences brand and executive perception.
•Experience supporting social media strategy and execution across corporate and executive channels.
•Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch preferred; Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar considered).
•Strong writing and editing skills for executive and corporate audiences, including experience with social audits and competitive research.
