Principal Project Engineer (Eng)

Own the engineering scope and technical execution for McDermott projects, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements on quality and technical content. Develop and implement project procedures and the Project Execution Plan (including MOPEX), manage cost/schedule/quantity/budget, and handle change proactively. Lead and coordinate engineering and design teams, oversee project engineering documentation, supervise other Project Engineers, and drive effective communication across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
