Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed inside a real team to observe how it works day to day and surface what is and isn’t working.
  • •Run diagnostics on team health and management effectiveness (engagement, 360, direct feedback) and turn evidence into a clear, honest read.
  • •Own an improvement end to end by designing, driving, and landing a concrete change to how the team works, with a senior practitioner alongside you.
  • •Support managers in delivering effective 360 performance feedback and help individuals turn it into two or three commitments they follow through on.
  • •Help build the people-function playbook: standards, tools, and shared language used across the function.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to around two years of experience since graduating.
  • •A grounding in organisational or industrial psychology, behavioural science, or a comparable basis (not a fallback field).
  • •A track record of leading and organising early; you’ve run things, built things, won people over, and made change happen.
  • •Drive and eagerness to learn, including confidence to challenge experienced people and discuss change with presence.
  • •Exceptional academic track record and business-level written and spoken English.
