Lead a 5-15k sq ft DoorDash DashMart distribution center, guiding a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads to safe, efficient warehouse operations, light food prep in some sites, and high-quality order fulfillment. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory processes, and cross-functional collaboration, analyze data to optimize resources, and drive a customer-obsessed culture.
