Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the Digital Transformation governance departmental budget (OpEx/CapEx) and monitor financial performance versus budget to drive cost and performance improvements.
  • •Create, obtain approval for, and oversee implementation of standard digital transformation policies, procedures, and controls across all DT functional activity to ensure compliance.
  • •Lead enterprise architecture strategy and execution, ensuring a scalable, future-proof, secure technology landscape aligned to business goals, including compliance architecture and governance.
  • •Oversee digital transformation service management model development and implementation, including service and delivery processes using IT service management and agile methodologies, and run internal customer satisfaction surveys with analysis and action plans.
  • •Lead digital transformation agile project management methodologies and business value monitoring across the DT program/portfolio, ensuring target returns and timely, high-quality delivery within budgets and risk parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent.
  • •Professional qualification in Project Management is preferable.
  • •10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in governance, architecture, and IT strategy.
  • •At least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • •Proven experience developing and implementing IT strategies and policies, including IT service management models and methodologies (ITSM, agile, etc.).
