Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor development teams in the day to day execution of CDIP build, deployment, and enhancement activities.
  • •Collaborate closely with internal architecture and leadership teams to ensure developers clearly understand requirements, design intent, and recommended solution patterns.
  • •Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure full alignment with Mastercard policies, standards, and compliance expectations.
  • •Proactively surface risks and blockers to leadership to maintain transparency and ensure timely resolution.
  • •Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and operational excellence across the development lifecycle.
