Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities and project governance processes to avoid schedule slips.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage interfaces between suppliers using monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects, ensure approved design standards are applied, and forecast key milestones and budget.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response and cost/value engineering guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Proven post-graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience with both design and site experience.
  • •Strong mechanical knowledge/experience and an engineering background.
  • •Project management experience (or PMP) and familiarity with engineering or construction management.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
