Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and GenAI solutions for Company and Domain intelligence.
  • •Build data pipelines and apply LLM/RAG and related techniques to improve data intelligence, enrichment, web-signal extraction, and data quality.
  • •Experiment with models, prompts, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and evaluate using quality metrics and feedback loops.
  • •Develop evaluation datasets and automated evaluation frameworks, define quality metrics/acceptance criteria, and analyze failure patterns to improve reliability.
  • •Operate cloud-native AI services end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, versioning, guardrails, and performance optimization for accuracy, relevance, latency, scalability, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied ML, data science engineering, or related fields.
  • •Strong programming and engineering fundamentals in Python; Scala experience is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience building and productionizing ML models or ML-driven applications.
  • •Experience with modern Generative AI/LLM technologies, including LLM APIs or open-source models, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG.
  • •Strong understanding of core ML concepts (training, feature engineering, evaluation, experimentation, inference) and working with NLP/transformers and SQL on large datasets.
