Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the quarterly planning cycle end to end, including roadmap review rhythm, standard artifacts, and a decision log.
  • •Create and maintain a consistent prioritization framework with Engineering, including capacity allocation and unplanned work intake visibility.
  • •Build a voice-of-customer pipeline from Sales, CS, and Support with tagging taxonomy and a shared research repository.
  • •Define and maintain product metrics/OKR instrumentation and the review cadence to keep objectives effective.
  • •Administer Jira and Confluence for product org workflows/data hygiene and own quality/escalation visibility with severity taxonomy and triage SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management, product operations, program management, or business operations, including experience supporting a product organization of 10+ PMs.
  • •Deep hands-on Jira expertise (workflows, schemes, custom fields, issue hierarchies, automation, advanced JQL, dashboards) and Confluence administration.
  • •Fluency across product management frameworks (RICE, WSJF, Jobs-to-be-Done, OKRs, opportunity solution trees) with judgment to adapt them.
  • •Experience building metrics and reporting from raw data, including working SQL and hands-on use of Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • •Experience building a voice-of-customer program and running OKR/KPI cadence with strong written communication.
