Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, participant transactions, data validation, and ongoing plan operations.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to support accurate processing, reporting, and taxation of deferred compensation transactions.
  • •Research and resolve participant inquiries with a high level of service and responsiveness.
  • •Maintain administrative procedures, documentation, and operational processes to support plan administration and compliance.
  • •Conduct compensation analyses including market pricing, benchmarking, pay assessments, and support annual compensation planning and pay transparency/pay equity initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •2+ years of compensation experience or related analytical experience in HR, finance, consulting, or a similar discipline.
  • •Experience supporting compensation programs, market pricing, and compensation analytics (including incentive compensation).
  • •Experience working with compensation survey data, HRIS platforms, compensation systems, and reporting tools.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, reporting, and data validation.
