Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently review feasibility studies, business cases, and project strategies across the portfolio.
  • •Challenge commercial assumptions, financial models, and investment propositions; validate investment readiness for Investment Committee approvals.
  • •Assess major commercial changes including variation orders and scope changes, and provide scenario analysis and independent recommendations.
  • •Maintain commercial benchmarks and perform market and cost benchmarking to identify risks, value enhancement opportunities, and optimization initiatives.
  • •Lead and develop the Commercial Assurance function, standardize assurance methodologies, and improve governance, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of experience in development, commercial, investment, or development finance.
  • •6+ years managing commercial activities.
  • •Strong financial modeling, feasibility, and investment analysis capabilities.
  • •Experience with commercial negotiation and market research.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
