Key Responsibilities

  • •Create weekly replenishment plans at the supplier level using inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecasts.
  • •Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and calculate supply plans based on generated demand forecasts.
  • •Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
  • •Maintain healthy inventory in DC and stores against target days cover; support inventory balancing across warehouses.
  • •Monitor supplier issues, escalate as needed, and identify slow-moving/no-movement SKUs to drive stakeholder action.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of work experience in demand or supply planning.
  • •Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
  • •Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets, plus good communication and presentation skills.
