Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of geotechnical or civil engineering or construction experience, including at least 5 years focused on ground improvement.
  • •Deliver completed ground improvement projects across varying site conditions and project types.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of ground improvement methods including vibro compaction, dynamic compaction, grouting, soil mixing, wick drains, and rigid inclusions.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in technical review, design oversight, and project execution.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario (or eligibility to obtain) strongly preferred.
