  • •Schnelle Fehlersuche und eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Lösungen im Kundendienst
  • •Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze zur Effizienzsteigerung im technischen Außendienst
  • •Einbringen von Verbesserungsideen zur Optimierung des Reparaturservice
  • •Teilnahme an Schulungen, Teammeetings und Einsätzen beim Kunden zur Wissensweiterentwicklung

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrofachbereich (z.B. Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroinstallateur oder Energieelektroniker)
  • •Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise im technischen Service
  • •Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und respektvoller Umgang
  • •Wohnsitz im Einsatzgebiet sowie Bereitschaft für den Außendienst inklusive Führerschein Klasse B
