Job Summary

Bridge banking business requirements with technical solutions by gathering and analyzing functional needs, documenting user stories, and mapping current credit, payments, and retail/corporate processes. Coordinate API implementation for banking systems, validate endpoints/payloads, and perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Support ETL and data integrity, manage Agile backlog with JIRA/Confluence, and assist with SIT/UAT regression testing using Postman and Swagger.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements and conduct workshops to elicit needs.
•Document user stories with functional and technical specifications and map banking processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
•Coordinate with development teams to implement APIs and integration with banking systems, validating payloads, endpoints, and security compliance.
•Perform SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting; support data migration/ETL and create data mapping documentation.
•Write and prioritize Agile backlog items, coordinate sprints, manage tickets in JIRA/Confluence, and support SIT/UAT/regression testing using Postman and Swagger.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of IT experience with a track record delivering IT-enabled change in banking.
•Strong banking domain expertise across customer, retail, corporate, payments, and lending.
•Understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and API testing using tools such as Postman.
•Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
•Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) and excellent stakeholder communication.
