Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE each day before visiting patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes for care delivery.
•Build rapport with patients and collect relevant information while performing phlebotomy and related diagnostic/preventative services in a comfortable, patient-friendly way.
•Perform sample collection, ensure specimens are properly labeled, and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Operate autonomously with a strong emphasis on quality, professionalism, and compassionate care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of the required course/program or certification based on licensure level.
•Valid Driver’s License and Current Vehicle Insurance, with ability to navigate patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
