Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and maintain vehicle placement within an assigned zone, moving vehicles to defined lot standards.
  • •Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards daily to make move decisions for the assigned zone area.
  • •Stage and route vehicles safely to eliminate multiple drop-off points and less-than-full loads.
  • •Confirm vehicle operability and engage service and tow teams when inoperable vehicles are found.
  • •Label vehicles with sale and routing labels, communicate inventory status to leaders, and champion Cox/Manheim values while following all policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills.
  • •Ability to confirm vehicles can operate safely and coordinate with service/tow teams when inoperable vehicles are found.
  • •Ability to follow all safety and health procedures and model required safety behaviors.
  • •Ability to meet day-to-day scheduling needs, including potential overtime as business needs dictate.
