Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
  • •Handle shipment clearances and track/monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Develop reports on products/materials movements and operational logistics issues.
  • •Update internal and external stakeholders on shipment status while in transit.
  • •Create operational procedures and support HSE initiatives, incident reporting, and compliance with company directives and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in logistics.
  • •Knowledge of logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • •Knowledge of import documentation and export documentation.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and related software.
