Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general or cost accounting work including classification and recording of financial transactions.
  • •Prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements; ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and reporting standards.
  • •Support MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to project future figures.
  • •Maintain budgets and produce periodic reports comparing budgeted vs. actual costs with accurate analysis.
  • •Conduct internal audits for accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash; make correcting journal entries where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting practices, including the month-end process.
  • •Proficiency with accounting tools/software and recordkeeping/accounting systems, with delegated software usage.
  • •ERP skills, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional qualification as CPA or ACCA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance.
