  • •Model and coach an ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks aligned with the latest trends and current promotions based on customer needs.
  • •Promote Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers through the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on escalated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and follow store policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Share passion for fashion and understand Levi’s brand heritage.
  • •Be fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
  • •Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
