Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and repair complex issues across automated systems including conveyance, ASRS/shuttle systems, and pick modules with scanners.
  • •Lead response to system-down or chronic fault conditions, restoring equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • •Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) and ensure PM work is completed to standard and documented in CMMS.
  • •Identify failure trends, recommend corrective actions, and support root cause analysis (RCA) for repeat or high-impact failures.
  • •Serve as technical escalation point and coach/mentor Maintenance Tech II & III; partner with PLC Engineering and Reliability teams for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35.2 - 44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •5+ years of maintenance experience in an automated distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and proven experience with automated material handling equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals.
  • •Experience with PLC-controlled systems troubleshooting at the I/O and fault level (preferred) and CMMS experience for PM execution and work order documentation.
