Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
  • •Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Execute project and improvement plans for areas including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
  • •Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources, communicate findings, and support ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments; participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an Epitaxy Process Engineer for Silicon Germanium/SiGe using ASM or AMAT platforms.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Proficient in using and interpreting HR-XRD, ellipsometry, and DSIMS.
  • •Competent in running JMP DOEs independently to optimize process windows.
