Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to business growth, margin expansion, and customer expectations.
•Own network performance across transportation, warehousing, inventory deployment, and customer delivery, delivering KPIs such as OTIF, cost-to-serve, inventory turns, and service levels.
•Optimize a national distribution network, including cold chain operations, through network design, capacity planning, footprint optimization, and process standardization.
•Sponsor end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives using WMS, TMS, YMS, advanced analytics, and automation, and drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement.
•Establish executive-level relationships with 3PLs and carriers; oversee private fleet strategy and ensure safety and regulatory compliance; own supply chain P&L and risk mitigation.

Travel: High travel

•Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive senior-level supply chain leadership experience across large, multi-site, high-volume perishable or CPG operations.
•7+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
•Demonstrated success in executive leadership roles, influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
•Proven track record leading supply chain transformation, network optimization, and digital enablement initiatives.
•Advanced expertise in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory strategy, including SAP, WMS, TMS, and YMS.
