Job Summary

Own supplier execution to ensure material delivery aligns with product line factory need dates. Lead constraint identification and mitigation plans, run weekly supplier status meetings and quarterly business reviews, and drive risk mitigation for supplier acquisitions, relocations, or restructuring. Manage line-of-balance and factory need date gap analyses, remove barriers to on-time material flow, and coordinate tactical execution across multiple functions and leaders. Travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve material delivery dates to meet factory need dates.
•Identify constraints and lead mitigation and improvement plans to enhance supplier delivery performance.
•Lead or co-lead weekly supplier status meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
•Implement proactive risk mitigation for supplier acquisitions, relocations, or restructuring.
•Drive completion of line-of-balance (LOB) reviews, factory need date gap analysis, material coverage and tracking, and sub-tier support.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or program/project management.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
•Experience using SAP.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with numerous functions concurrently.
