  • •Own and evolve D&T workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
  • •Coordinate workforce planning cycle activities including capacity reviews, demand consolidation, workforce forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • •Enable teams to adopt workforce planning practices through guidance, training, coaching, and effective use of planning tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •8-10 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, portfolio management, PMO, or strategic planning in large-scale IT/Digital organizations.
  • •Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  • •Experience with workforce planning tools and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • •Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into insights for senior stakeholders.
