Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through planning, design, review, and execution of large-scale transmission and substation projects.
  • •Drive engineering strategies, execution plans, and deliverable schedules to support successful project outcomes.
  • •Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality expectations, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • •Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • •Monitor engineering performance, schedules, budgets, and milestones; identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • •12+ years of progressive engineering and infrastructure project delivery experience.
  • •Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on utility, transmission, energy, or large infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of transmission line, substation, and power system engineering projects.
