Job Summary

Lead engineering delivery for major transmission and substation projects, bringing multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders together to deliver safely and efficiently. Own engineering strategies, execution plans, and deliverable schedules, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client requirements are met. Coordinate technical interfaces across EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, while monitoring performance and mitigating technical risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through planning, design, review, and execution of large-scale transmission and substation projects.
•Drive engineering strategies, execution plans, and deliverable schedules to support successful project outcomes.
•Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality expectations, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
•Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
•Monitor engineering performance, schedules, budgets, and milestones; identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, or eligibility to obtain registration.
•12+ years of progressive engineering and infrastructure project delivery experience.
•Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on utility, transmission, energy, or large infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of transmission line, substation, and power system engineering projects.
