Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions and supporting daily branch operations. Listen to customers’ needs, follow confidentiality and ethics requirements, and execute risk accountability by identifying and escalating concerns. Maintain accurate balancing records, stay current on policies and procedures, and resolve customer issues professionally—referring more complex cases to leadership. During outreach, identify needs and route customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
