Job Summary

Lead IAM infrastructure delivery in the Local IAM team. Own environment build, application deployment, patching, migrations and upgrades; drive automation and IT infrastructure support across IAM domains; collaborate with project managers and technical teams to plan changes, upgrades and releases, and ensure proper documentation and handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with project managers and technical teams for planned system upgrades, server roll out, application upgrades, changes, releases and run the business tasks.
•Provide specialist input to various key technical projects and ensure proper documentation of procedures for IAM infrastructure projects.
•Maintain and proactively monitor IAM infrastructure across environments and ensure implementation processes are developed and followed.
•Document and hand over implementation procedures for system and application upgrades to Operations.
•Collaborate with business and development teams to plan and manage changes in the pre-production middleware environment and respond to service inquiries.

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in a relevant field
•Prior experience in IAM management and Windows Server environments
•Experience in L3 roles within a global delivery team model
•Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS; strong knowledge of IAM concepts, LDAP and GPO
•Automation and scripting for deployment, maintenance and monitoring (e.g., PowerShell)
