Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end operations of Common Lab laboratories, ensuring optimal utilization and development of lab procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • •Lead and develop lab engineers, technicians, and support staff, setting expectations, providing coaching, and driving competency development.
  • •Oversee laboratory equipment lifecycle including procurement, installation, calibration, maintenance, upgrades, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • •Support product development, validation, and customer programs by prioritizing laboratory resources, partnering with engineering teams, and providing technical guidance on test methods/capabilities.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, and compliance by conducting risk assessments, maintaining audit readiness, establishing quality processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in engineering testing, validation, product development, or laboratory operations.
  • •3+ years of experience leading teams and managing laboratory operations.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of power electronics/electrical systems and laboratory testing/validation (product qualification and certification testing).
  • •Good understanding of test automation, version control, and continuous integration practices.
