Job Summary

Senior User Researcher to lead strategic and end-to-end studies across the customer journey, shaping product strategy and market positioning for a global, sustainability-focused marketplace. You’ll coach designers, drive qualitative and quantitative research, and embed user insights across product teams to improve post-launch experiences and overall customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead exploratory and strategic research studies to build deep understanding of customers, behaviours, motivations and unmet needs, informing product strategy and business direction using qualitative and quantitative data.
•Design and execute concepts and idea testing to evaluate new features and value propositions early in the development cycle.
•Design and run high-quality research across the full customer journey—from discovery to post-launch—distilling findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
•Coach designers to plan and run usability testing, helping them develop skills and integrate user insights into day-to-day work.
•Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to ensure research findings guide decisions and align with market trends.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in User Research or an adjacent field with a track record of leading research across the full product lifecycle.
•Extensive experience leading qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end (depth interviews, surveys, diary studies, and statistical analysis).
•Experience designing and executing research to inform both product and marketing/strategic decisions.
•Experience coaching, upskilling, or enabling non-researchers (e.g., designers, PMs) to conduct research.
•Excellent communication and empathy, with ability to advocate for users and land insights with stakeholders at all levels.
