Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure AIT needs are addressed during test engineering phases, including feasibility studies and collaboration on AIT plan documentation and risk/safety studies.
  • •Support specifications and preparation of mechanical ground support equipment (MSM), including writing STB documents and tracking customer type follow-up with the competent AIT group.
  • •Prepare for AIT by supporting test request drafting and definition reviews, writing procedures, sizing required duration/resources, and coordinating AIT scheduling teams.
  • •Lead cleanroom execution: supervise operators, run procedures and ACRs, maintain traceability with QC/QA, write non-conformance reports, maintain MSM, and ensure 5S/Q6 routines.
  • •Compile and communicate lessons learned (RAIT/RSAIT) covering definitions and implementation of test means and major preparation/operation phases (including optical-mechanical assembly and adjustment).

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated from an engineering school with a generalist mindset and knowledge of micromechanics.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a similar role in design or integration in cleanrooms.
  • •Knowledge of the different phases of AIT for optical payloads and experience with related company/bureaucratic software (Control Open, 3IT, SGP, SINOP).
  • •Familiarity with optical test sequences and/or optical instruments sequences.
  • •Good relationship skills and communication, autonomy, initiative, pragmatism, and the ability to work in a team (including on-call/astreinte).
