Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior-level functional leadership across the ServiceNow IRM suite and the broader GRC and audit ecosystem.
  • •Plan and facilitate workshops; document current-state/target-state processes, business rules, decision points, roles, handoffs, data needs, controls, pain points, and outcomes.
  • •Translate business and regulatory needs into unambiguous requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data definitions, and traceability artifacts.
  • •Partner with product, architecture, engineering, data, and testing teams for functional design reviews, validation, backlog refinement, release planning, and readiness.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end business scenarios for testing and UAT, support operational readiness for release, and drive adoption through feedback and improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM and enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and audit (GRC) processes.
  • •Ability to lead discovery and process analysis, translating business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Experience connecting requirements across the end-to-end risk and control lifecycle, including taxonomy/data foundations, controls, testing/monitoring, and remediation.
