Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection handoff, put-away, storage, picking/kitting, and line feeding in support of production.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and driving corrective actions to closure.
  • •Maintain warehouse governance and compliance (FIFO/FEFO, ESD controls, shelf-life management, controlled/quarantine stock).
  • •Coordinate material staging and availability with Production Planning, Logistics, and Team Leaders to meet priorities.
  • •Execute WMS/ERP warehouse transactions and manage packaging, internal dispatch, labeling, and documentation while monitoring warehouse KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in warehouse roles within manufacturing/industrial environments, preferably in regulated or defense contexts.
  • •Experience using WMS/ERP systems and disciplined inventory control processes.
  • •Familiarity with traceability, handling, and storage requirements for electronics/mechatronics or controlled materials.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • •Forklift/license as required by local regulations (preferred).
