Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Embedded, one of Production Engineering’s two teams, and run technically strong engagements across multiple Production Engineering priorities.
  • •Guide engineers on safeguarding critical data, making safer software changes, and building reliability and observability into major platform rewrites.
  • •Create and evolve the team’s engagement model: decide which problems to tackle, define what great looks like, and measure impact.
  • •Build an environment where experienced engineers thrive through direction setting, psychological safety, and direct coaching.
  • •Scale the model by turning lessons from engagements into reusable engineering practices, patterns, and capabilities.

  • •Lead highly experienced software engineers and technical leads through complex or ambiguous work, with strong coaching ability.
  • •Have production experience where reliability, scalability, and production risk genuinely mattered.

  • •Drive cross-org delivery from problem understanding through measurable outcomes.
