Lead product enablement for GTM teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Build training infrastructure, docs, and certification programs to ensure AEs, BDRs, partnerships, and customer success teams can confidently demonstrate Tabs’ platform across the contract-to-cash lifecycle, partnering with Product and PMM to translate launches into internal training content.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Anticipate and plan field readiness needs in partnership with GTM teams, translating strategic roadmaps into proactive enablement programs
•Ensure comprehension of platform capabilities across the full lifecycle of the customer journey, from pre-sale to renewal
•Scale a best-in-class enablement program that ensures high demo proficiency and product confidence across revenue teams - AEs, BDRs, partnerships, implementations, and customer success
•Build and maintain the internal knowledge base: playbooks, training guides, and FAQs that serve as the GTM team's single source of truth
•Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM leaders to translate every launch and roadmap update into timely, digestible internal training content

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 198,000 annually
