Job Summary

Join the Credit Card billing/refund/accounting unit within the Finance division, where you’ll own a portfolio of credit card transactions across payment gateways. You’ll ensure accurate, timely billings and refunds, resolve chargebacks and billing disputes, and reconcile billings/refunds against settlements to clear suspense accounts in the general ledger. You’ll also partner with Projects/IT and Finance to test and implement system enhancements, drive change management, support revenue protection efforts, and assist auditors.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of credit card billings and refunds for tickets and other accountable documents.
•Investigate and resolve credit card retrieval requests and chargeback disputes with acquiring banks and credit card companies within specified timelines.
•Reconcile billings and refunds against settlements to enable clearance of credit card suspense accounts in the general ledger.
•Manage staff and work position, and review procedures, controls, and practices to ensure they are documented and updated.
•Participate in and/or manage projects with system or business impact, including enhancements to accounting systems, change management, RFP/contract review for payment service providers, and revenue leakage mitigation efforts.

Key Requirements

•University degree in accounting or business administration.
•Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger (advantageous).
•Prior experience or working knowledge of the airline and payments industry (advantageous).
•Knowledge of AI and automation tools (advantageous).
•Driven, initiative-taking, task-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills and strong time management.
